The Pocahontas Players were formed in 1995 and have, so far produced and performed 22 productions, of which 10 have been pantomimes.  Future productions will include a play in Spring 2006 and a pantomime, starting rehearsals in Octrober 2006 for performance in January 2007.  The group consists of local and not so local individuals of all ages.  The aim is primarily to have fun and to entertain.  You do not need any special talents!  The players are always ready to welcome new members with something to contribute, acting, scene making, working backstage, sound and lights, make up and painting are all part of the action.
