At The Wheatsheaf Inn Guesthouse & Restaurant we aim to offer friendly personal service and a selection of freshly cooked good quality food.  Visitors to The Wheatsheaf Inn Guesthouse & Restaurant may enjoy a simple cup of tea or their favourite tipple served to a table in our  very comfortable and "homely" lounge which is available for both residents and non-residents as well as diners and non-diners.  For details of restaurant opening hours please see "About Us" by using the link above.

Whether resident or simply enjoying a night out, we believe that dining out should be a leisurely and enjoyable experience and we hope you will feel our approach is more personal than most.  Our guests appreciate the relaxed and unhurried dining experience offered in our restaurant.

 

We have a varied wine list which changes from time to time depending on availability.  We also stock some fine champagnes.  Should you require a specific wine/champagne for an occasion please let us know in advance and we will try and obtain it for you.

Wherever possible we use local Norfolk suppliers and we prefer to use Scottish Premier Beef and local game provided by Lakes Butchers of Fakenham.  We also prefer to use Coles of Kings Lynn for our fish supplies.

PRIVATE PARTIES 7 DAYS A WEEK
Catered private dinner parties (with a minimum party size of 10 people) are always possible throughout the week. Please telephone to arrange a suitable time to discuss your requirements (please leave a message if no answer). 
Restaurant open to non-residents.  Please book to avoid disappointment.  We also take bookings for larger groups outside of normal restaurant opening.
