Ray Lee, born in Heacham (and brother of well-known Phillip Lee) meets the Earl of Wessex at the opening of a new Royal British Legion County Office. Ray is the RBL County Secretary for Buckinghamshire. During the visit Ray managed to have a good conversation with the Earl of Wessex about Sandringham.
