Our aim is to ensure your holiday is tranquil, comfortable and leaves you feeling entirely refreshed and
laid back.

Many of our regular guests comment that staying in Holme-next-Sea is like going back in time, to a much more leisurely pace of life.

Spend time in one of our 17th century chalk and flint cottages, or in a modern park home, be quite literally “next to nature” in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Accommodation:

*All three cottages sleep two and are available all year round, while the park homes sleep up to four and are available from March until the end of October.

Chalk and Flint Cottages:

Have all modern utensils, including: central heating, double glazing, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, radio, TV, video, fitted kitchen, bath and shower, off road parking space, private garden.

Included in the cost: bed linen, towels, heating, hot water and electricity – no extra charges.

Modern Park Homes:

Have: fitted kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, fridge with a freezer compartment. Two bedrooms; shower room with WC and basin; heating in lounge and bedrooms. Parking space.

Included in the cost: bed linen, gas and electricity (bring your own towels)

Pets:

Well behaved pets are welcome in the cottages and two of the park homes, HOWEVER, we do have a very strict daily vacuuming policy and a security deposit is required.

Holme-Next-Sea attractions:

  • Peddars way, the famous Roman road, built to patrol the area, and keep down the rebellious Boudiccan tribe - ends in Holme-next –Sea.
  • A large national nature reserve runs alongside the Holme coast line.
  • Adjacent to Sunnymead Holiday Park, there is a bird reserve.
  • “Holme-Henge”, the ancient ring of 4,000 year old oak trees discovered in the sea at Holme – now situated in Flag fen, submerged in a water tank.
  • The White Horse village pub - within easy walking distance!
  • Miles of unspoilt coast line.

Local attractions include:

  • Hunstanton Cliffs, Hunstanton Fairground, Hunstanton Leisure centre, Holkham Hall, Royal Sandringham, Titchwell bird reserve, Snettisham bird reserve, Old Hunstanton golf club, Caley Mill (Norfolk Lavender ltd), Bircham windmill, Wells harbour and quay, Blakeney coastal seal trips, King’s Lynn, Norwich City (park and ride is advisable)
