Our luxury 5 bedroom home is located in the beautiful resort of EMERALD ISLAND in KISSIMMEE

The property was built in 2004 and is situated on a large corner plot, in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking woodland to one side.   The house can sleep up to 12 people, accommodating 2 to 3 families comfortably.  In addition a crib is available for an infant if required.

Emerald Island Resort is a tropical oasis nestled within a protected wetland in a peaceful area, close to Highway 192.  The resort has gated entry, manned 24 hours a day.  The clubhouse has a reception area, gym, television room and internet café.  Outside there is a communal pool, spa and Tikki Bar, children’s playground and volleyball court. There is also a jogging trail through woodland starting opposite the clubhouse and finishing opposite our home.

The house is an easy thirty minute drive from the airport and only 10 minutes away from Disney.  There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a wealth of activities can be found in the Kissimmee area.  The pretty Disney town of Celebration with bank, post office, cinema, shops, restaurants and lakeside walk is a few minutes drive away and is well worth a visit.
