PAYMENT PROCEDURE

50% DEPOSIT required within 7 days of booking.

BALANCE DUE 4 weeks before start of holiday

DEPOSITS cannot be returned - holidays must be paid for in full.

PRICES in pound sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Please ensure you have adequate cancellation insurance.

Pet Charges:
1 Pet - £25 per week
2 Pets - £35 per week
Well behaved pets are welcome in our
standard homes.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
£50 will be required upon arrival.
It will be fully returned - after a successful inspection - upon departure!
Owners are expected to
vacuum all pet hair on a daily basis
