Heacham Manor's welcoming
reception hall leads into a comfortable lounge, a bar with a
terrace overlooking the 15th hole and a dining room with
conservatory. There is also a meeting room and a
private dining room available. The 14 luxurious
en-suite bedrooms reflect the unique character of the Manor
and are furnished with the finest of fittings and furniture.
The spacious Deluxe rooms offer four-poster beds and
separate bathrooms with bath and shower; the Executive rooms
have a bath and shower and the Superior rooms with shower
only. Further accommodation, furnished to the same
high standards and suitable for families, is available
within our three Norfolk Style Barns.
Golf:
Heacham Manor Hotel is the first golf hotel in the
west of Norfolk and the Championship length 18 hole golf
course has been designed to incorporate the natural features
of the area of important landscape it lies within.
With two rivers and 4 lakes to negotiate the course
manoeuvres between links and parkland styles and affords
views of The Wash.
In addition to this new 18 hole course our adjoining sister
resort has a mature 9 hole course, with excellent driving
range, putting green and clubhouse facilities. This
makes Heacham Manor an ideal venue for golfing groups and
societies. Our resident golf professional will be on
hand to provide any necessary tuition with the latest video
analysis equipment.
Cottage Investments:
The 33 freehold cottages are built and finished to a high
specification and together with the range of facilities on
offer will attract a strong leisure market of golfers and
spa users. In addition to the investment benefits,
cottage owners will enjoy a regular rental income and usage
