Children as young as 7 enjoyed this crafty
activity with an educational twist. The group were treated to an
outline history
of how Heacham may have looked 65 million years ago and explored what
type of dinosaurs may have lived nearby.
The children were able to inspect and handle real dinosaur fossils and
discussed the types of fossils found along the Hunstanton cliffs.
They were then encouraged to make their own model dinosaur to take home.
