DUMPED THE TYRES? Heacham's
early risers who walk to our beaches discovered to their amazement old tyres dumped in three locations, one at
North Beach Promenade, the second just before the sea defence bank on
South Beach Road, and thirdly on the opposite side of the road 100 yards
from the South Beach. Also a bench seat had been uprooted and
discarded further along the top part of the beach. |
