The time was 11am, the day was Wednesday, the date 25th December 2002
While people where either preparing Christmas day lunch, out having a Christmas drink, or still opening their presents, or just waiting for lunch to appear.
In Hunstanton estimated figures of over 1000 spectators were on Hunstanton sea front cheering on the brave people who for charity, dressed up and entered the cold sea, there must have been over 30 people.
